These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of Customers, as well as the rights and obligations of the Seller as the entity managing and operating the Online Store.

Customers are obliged to respect copyright, intellectual property rights, and rights arising from the registration of inventions, patents, trademarks, utility models, and industrial designs.
The owner of [https://www.masilic.pl](https://www.masilic.pl) undertakes to implement the legal and organizational measures necessary to ensure the secure processing of the Online Store customers’ personal data.
Definitions
**The terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the following meanings:**
Store – the online store operating at https://www.masilic.pl, offering for sale the products available in its assortment.
Owner – J&M POLAND SP. Z O.O., Ul. Puławska 479, 02-844 Warszawa, NIP: 7011290778.
Seller – J&M POLAND SP. Z O.O., which, on behalf of the Owner, processes personal data, provides customer service, accepts payments, and handles complaints and returns.
Customer Account – a section containing information about completed transactions and a tool used to place and manage orders submitted by the Customer.
Newsletter – a service provided by the Store consisting of sending information about the Store’s activities, materials, including digital content, after the voluntary submission of an email address by the user.
Digital Content – products supplied in a non-material form (e.g., an e-book or a downloadable file).
Consumer – a natural person making a purchase that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Entrepreneur – an entity making a purchase in the course of its business activity.
Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights – a natural person conducting business activity who makes a purchase that is not of a professional nature for them.
Customer – any entity making a purchase from the Store.
Business Days – days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and other statutory non-working days.
III. Technical Requirements for Using the Store
Requirements: a device with Internet access, a valid e-mail address, and software capable of opening PDF files.
The Store informs users that disabling Cookies may affect certain functionalities of the website.

IV. Registration and Login
The creation of a Customer Account is carried out through the registration form and is free of charge.
Registration is not required to place an order.
The Customer is obliged to provide accurate and truthful information and to protect their password from access by third parties.
V. Order Processing
The Store accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24/7).
The sales contract is concluded upon delivery of the order confirmation to the Customer’s e-mail address.
In the event of any discrepancies in the order confirmation, the Customer should promptly notify the Store by e-mail at: masilic@vercalio.pl.

Payment method
Available payment methods include online payments, payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, and others), and bank transfers.
Online payment services are provided by Autopay S.A..
The Customer agrees to receive invoices in electronic form.
Price
All prices are quoted in PLN (Polish Złoty) and include applicable taxes.
Delivery costs are added to the price of the products and are displayed before the completion of the order.
Delivery
Products are delivered within the territory of Poland within up to 7 Business Days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to the Consumer upon delivery of the goods.
The Customer is advised to inspect the shipment upon delivery and, in the event of any damage, to prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier.
IX. Prawo odstąpienia od umowy
A Consumer and an Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights may withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The notice of withdrawal must be sent to the registered office address of the Seller or by e-mail to: masilic@vercalio.pl.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.
X. Prawo Konsumenta do reklamacji
Sprzedawca odpowiada za zgodność towaru z umową przez okres 24 miesięcy.
Reklamacje należy zgłaszać na e-mail: masilic@vercalio.pl lub pisemnie.
Sklep rozpatruje reklamację w terminie 14 dni.
Warranty Policy
Products may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty (a minimum of 2 years, with a longer warranty period available for selected products).

XII. Personal Data Processing
The rules governing the processing of personal data are set out in the “Privacy Policy” available in the Store.
Opinion
Reviews may only be submitted by Customers who have actually purchased the product.
The Store verifies reviews and does not publish unlawful, offensive, or vulgar content.
Miscellaneous Provisions
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and applicable European Union law.
Disputes with Consumers may be resolved amicably through the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
In the event of disputes with Entrepreneurs, the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of J&M POLAND SP. Z O.O. shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
