Z O.O., Ul. Pu\u0142awska 479, 02-844 Warszawa, NIP: 7011290778.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seller \u2013 J&amp;M POLAND SP. Z O.O., which, on behalf of the Owner, processes personal data, provides customer service, accepts payments, and handles complaints and returns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customer Account \u2013 a section containing information about completed transactions and a tool used to place and manage orders submitted by the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Newsletter \u2013 a service provided by the Store consisting of sending information about the Store\u2019s activities, materials, including digital content, after the voluntary submission of an email address by the user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Digital Content \u2013 products supplied in a non-material form (e.g., an e-book or a downloadable file).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consumer \u2013 a natural person making a purchase that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entrepreneur \u2013 an entity making a purchase in the course of its business activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights \u2013 a natural person conducting business activity who makes a purchase that is not of a professional nature for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customer \u2013 any entity making a purchase from the Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Business Days \u2013 days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and other statutory non-working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>III. Technical Requirements for Using the Store<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Requirements: a device with Internet access, a valid e-mail address, and software capable of opening PDF files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Store informs users that disabling Cookies may affect certain functionalities of the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Detailed information regarding Cookies can be found in the Cookie Policy available at https:\/\/www.masilic.pl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IV. Registration and Login<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The creation of a Customer Account is carried out through the registration form and is free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registration is not required to place an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer is obliged to provide accurate and truthful information and to protect their password from access by third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>V. Order Processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Store accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24\/7).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The sales contract is concluded upon delivery of the order confirmation to the Customer\u2019s e-mail address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of any discrepancies in the order confirmation, the Customer should promptly notify the Store by e-mail at: masilic@vercalio.pl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders may also be placed by e-mail or by telephone at: +48 534 442 969.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Payment method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Available payment methods include online payments, payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, and others), and bank transfers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Online payment services are provided by Autopay S.A..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer agrees to receive invoices in electronic form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Price<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All prices are quoted in PLN (Polish Z\u0142oty) and include applicable taxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery costs are added to the price of the products and are displayed before the completion of the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products are delivered within the territory of Poland within up to 7 Business Days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to the Consumer upon delivery of the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer is advised to inspect the shipment upon delivery and, in the event of any damage, to prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IX. Prawo odst\u0105pienia od umowy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Consumer and an Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights may withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The notice of withdrawal must be sent to the registered office address of the Seller or by e-mail to: masilic@vercalio.pl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adres do zwrotu towaru:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J&amp;M POLAND SP. Prawo Konsumenta do reklamacji<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sprzedawca odpowiada za zgodno\u015b\u0107 towaru z umow\u0105 przez okres 24 miesi\u0119cy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reklamacje nale\u017cy zg\u0142asza\u0107 na e-mail: masilic@vercalio.pl lub pisemnie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sklep rozpatruje reklamacj\u0119 w terminie 14 dni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Warranty Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty (a minimum of 2 years, with a longer warranty period available for selected products).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Details of the warranty can be found in the warranty card or in the product description available on https:\/\/www.masilic.pl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">XII. Personal Data Processing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The rules governing the processing of personal data are set out in the \u201cPrivacy Policy\u201d available in the Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Opinion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reviews may only be submitted by Customers who have actually purchased the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Store verifies reviews and does not publish unlawful, offensive, or vulgar content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Miscellaneous Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and applicable European Union law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Disputes with Consumers may be resolved amicably through the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at: http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of disputes with Entrepreneurs, the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of J&amp;M POLAND SP.
